Program and purpose

Pristine Electric offers an optional customer-service SMS program for individuals who expressly agree to receive text messages from Pristine Electric regarding an inquiry or electrical service they requested. Messages may cover responses to service inquiries, estimate follow-ups, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and service-related updates. This program is not intended for unrelated promotional or third-party marketing campaigns.

Consent

By selecting an optional, unchecked SMS consent box on a Pristine Electric form, or otherwise giving Pristine Electric documented express consent through an approved method, you agree to receive the types of texts described above at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Providing a telephone number without SMS consent does not enroll you in this program.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your inquiry and service needs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

Opt out

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. After an opt-out request, you may receive one confirmation text; no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also contact us to withdraw consent. We will honor applicable opt-out requests, including recognized equivalent language as required by law and carrier rules.
